Listed below are known errors and workarounds, if available. The workarounds are strictly temporary, the UFIT Service Improvement team is actively working with the myIT vendor on permanent resolution.

Users become locked out of the myiT desktop client with “User is Already Logged In” message Report condition to UFIT ITSM team and they will administratively log the user out of the desktop client. When creating a Standard or Emergency change request in the browser client, users receive a “Error calling eval on script” error message After clearing the error message, users are able to proceed with creating the change request Engaged vendor to determine cause and resolution (Vendor Incident 163778)
