Listed below are known errors and workarounds, if available. The workarounds are strictly temporary, the UFIT Service Improvement team is actively working with the myIT vendor on permanent resolution.

| Users become locked out of the myiT desktop client with “User is Already Logged In” message | Report condition to UFIT ITSM team and they will administratively log the user out of the desktop client. | When creating a Standard or Emergency change request in the browser client, users receive a “Error calling eval on script” error message | After clearing the error message, users are able to proceed with creating the change request | Engaged vendor to determine cause and resolution (Vendor Incident 163778) |
