UFIT - Service Catalog and Homepage
The remaining core UFIT staff will begin using myIT as their service request tool beginning Monday, Dec. 1. UFIT teams that have not already moved to myIT should plan to migrate all open service requests and incident tickets to the new system by 5 p.m. on Dec. 1.
Members of these teams should also have successfully completed all required training—OIT100, 200 and 201—by Nov. 25 and requested the appropriate security from their department security administrator (DSA). UFIT’s Business Center is completing role requests as individuals complete OIT201. For a complete list of myIT roles, please see the Security section of the ITSM website.
