As of May 19, in order to more effectively manage resources, inactive users will be logged out from the myIT Windows client after 60 minutes of inactivity. There will be a warning five minutes prior to being logged out.
If you see the message below, your session has been timed out and you will need to re-authenticate in order to use myIT.
