Units are responsible for maintaining groups in UFAD that will grant management rights over a set of the units endpoints. Access to login to the UFEM technology consoles will be based upon membership in these groups. The groups are created as part of the “Onboarding Process” for each individual UFEM technology. Units need to take special care to be sure the membership of these groups is updated based upon changes in unit personnel. It is recommended that units regularly review group membership to verify that no unauthorized accounts are included.
